Every Mobileouf unit is configured around the realities of a working warehouse floor: concrete surfaces, tight aisles, and pallets that weigh more than a small car. The list below covers the core functions we deliver out of the box, plus the options we tune during commissioning.

Pallet Transport up to 2,500 kg

Drive units rated for continuous shifting of loaded pallets across flat and slightly inclined floors. Payload capacity is matched to your standard pallet size, so the robot works within its rated envelope every shift.

LiDAR Navigation with No Floor Markings

Robots map the building using reflective targets and natural features. Routes are stored digitally, which means you can change paths without painting lines or cutting tape into the concrete.

Automatic Charging Between Tasks

When the battery drops below a set threshold, the unit returns to its charging dock on its own. The fleet controller assigns the next job only after the charge level is sufficient for the full route.

Obstacle Detection and Slow-Down Zones

Laser scanners and bumpers work together to detect people, forklifts, and stray items. Speed is reduced automatically in narrow passages, and the robot stops within a safe distance before requesting a path recheck.

Fleet Coordination for Mixed Traffic

Multiple units share the same aisles without blocking each other. The control software assigns priorities, reserves zones, and releases them only when the previous robot has cleared the area.

Integration with Existing WMS or ERP

Job requests come directly from your warehouse management system. If you do not run a WMS, we provide a simple dispatch panel that lets operators send a pallet from one zone to another with two clicks.

Deployment Terms and Site Conditions

Floor surfaceAGV navigation assumes a level concrete floor with a maximum slope of 2 degrees. Uneven joints, expansion gaps wider than 12 mm, or loose surface coatings must be corrected before commissioning. We measure floor flatness during the site survey and flag problem zones in the layout plan.

Load ratingsStandard units carry up to 1,500 kg per pallet. Heavier cargo requires a dual-vehicle configuration or a reinforced chassis option. Payload limits are tested at our Ipoh facility before shipment, and each unit ships with a load certificate tied to its serial number.

Charging infrastructureEach AGV includes an onboard charger and a 5-meter tether cable. For multi-vehicle fleets, we recommend installing dedicated charging docks at the end of each shift lane. Power draw per unit is 1.8 kW at full charge rate; site electrical capacity must be confirmed during the pre-installation audit.

Navigation accuracyLiDAR-based positioning holds a repeatability of plus or minus 10 mm under normal warehouse lighting. Magnetic tape guidance offers a lower-cost alternative with plus or minus 20 mm accuracy. The choice depends on whether your floor layout changes seasonally or stays fixed for years.

Operator trainingWe provide two days of on-site training for up to six staff members. The session covers daily startup checks, manual override procedures, and basic fault diagnosis. Additional training days can be scheduled after the first month of live operation, once your team has real shift data to review.

Software integrationFleet management software connects to your WMS or ERP through a standard REST API. Custom middleware is required if your warehouse runs legacy systems without API support. We scope this work separately after reviewing your current software stack during the discovery phase.
